At Certovia Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting and coaching services.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of consulting and coaching services:

All payments are final and non-refundable once the service has been delivered or scheduled.

2. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours notice.

3. Missed Sessions

• Missed sessions without notice are considered completed
• No refund or reschedule will be provided

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
